KRUD Listener Tip: The spring ratings period is underway.... every station in town is full of hype and incredible prizes... cash, cars, trips...  and don't forget that station magazine they are sending you with your special winning number.     No, the contests are not rigged.  Difficult to win?  Most of the time.  It's all about ratings. Be sure you read the fine print.   Your trip to beautiful Hawaii might have to be taken when the station dictates, not you.
