You're a Listener and you don't get it... 

Sales people have no clue what is involved in getting a spot on the air based on their scribbled notes, countless takes, clueless clients, all the OTHER spots we have to produce, Etc.. So, every now and then, it sure feels good to see them squirm when they make a promise they should not have made. If there is one thing sales people are good at, it's over-promising... or not knowing when to keep their mouth shut.
