You're a Listener and you don't get it... 

Planning, attention to detail, getting a sign-off... things that radio stations just never seem to do well. The single most important thing any radio station can have on their billboards, TV spots, business cards, etc., is the frequency of the radio station. They want you to listen right? Then they put up huge billboards proclaiming how great they are and forget to tell you where to find them by frequency. Amazing. Radio is the business of communication but internally communication is sometimes nonexistent.. Hmmm, just look at the top of this cartoon banner... where's OUR frequency?
